Chana Dal Puri
Hello Friends,
I am going to share an amazing recipe with you all. CHANA DAL KI PURI.
INGREDIENTS
1. 1 cup chana dal
2. 15 garlic cloves
3. 5 green chillies
4. 1 spoon jeera roasted
5. 1 pinch hing (asafoetida)
6. 1 spoon Turmeric
7. Salt as per taste
8. 2 spoon Mustard oil
9. 2 cup wheat flour and water
PROCESS
1. Take 1cup of chana dal. Soak it over night and wash it.
2. Put kadhai on gas stove add 2spoon oil and warm in low medium flame.
3. Add chillies and garlic and cook it till it turns light brown colour.
4. Add chana dal to it.
5. Add turmeric and salt (as per taste) and cook it till it turns dark yellow colour.
6. After it gets cooked. Let the mixture cool then grind it.
7. Grind Roasted jeera and hing
.
8. Mix grinded jeera and chana dal mixture.
9. Make the normal wheat flour dough like we make for chapatis.
10. Make the chapatis by putting the mixture inside it.
11. Brush it with mustard oil.
And your chana dal ki puri is ready
