Urad Dal Ki Kadhi (Dupki)

Today I am going to share with you an amazing recipe of Urad Dal Ki Kadhi (Dupki)
INGREDIENTS
1. 2 cup Urad Dal.
2. 1 tbp Turmeric
3. As per taste Salt
4. 1/2 tbp Garam Masala
5. 6 Chillies
6. 12 cloves Garlic
7. 2 tbp Oil
8. 2 Lemons
9. 1/2 tbp Fenugreek (Methi)
10. 1 tbp Cumin (Jeera)
11. 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
PROCESS
1. Wash Urad dal neatly.
2. Grind it. Without using water.
3. Grind Cumin (Jeera), 3 Chillies, 6 Garlic Cloves and Asofoetida (hing).
4. Take a Kadhai and put on gas stove on low - medium flame. For 1 minutes.
5. Take 2 tbp Oil. And let it warm.
6. Put Fenugreek(Methi), Rest Chilliies and Garlic. Cook them till their colour become brown.
7. Put 1 tbp Turmeric, Salt and lemon juice and 1 ltr Water
8. Let them Cook for at least 10 minutes.
9. Take Grinded Urad dal and the mixture of (Cumin, Chillies, Garlic and Hing). And mix them properly to make paste like the image given below.
10. Make small balls of mixture. And put them inside the Kadhai.
Note: Keep 1/2 Cup Of Mixture Beside For liquid mixture which will be used later to make kadhi Remember You Blend The Mixture Regularly And Make Sure That There Should Not Be Lumps.
Make liquid mixture by putting some extra water in Urad dal paste which we were using.
11. Let them boil for 10 minutes. Till the balls are hard.
12. Then, when the balls are hard. Take outside the balls in another utensil.
13. Now Put the mixture which we kept beside inside the Kadhai.
14. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
15. Now put the Balls inside the Kadhi. And Cook it in low flame for 5 minutes.
Now your Urad Dal Ki Kadhi (Dupki) is ready to eat.
